About Us
Alabama Jumpers (Amynthas gracilus) - Want a composting nightcrawler that does a great job aerating your soil?  Even the thickest clay?  Alabama Jumpers are what you want!  Just drop a batch into your garden, provide them with some damp organic material, and they will stay and multiply.  Worms only eat DEAD material...leaves, damp newspaper, etc.  THEY DO NO HARM TO ANY LIVING PLANTS.  Also GREAT for bait!

Canadian Nightcrawlers (Lumbricus Terrestris) - Want a worm to catch a BIG fish?
These are them!  These are "THE BIG GUYS" 100 Ct. Per Pound!
Keep Refrigerated!
Reptiles, Birds, and Fish LOVE Them!
Not composting worms
To keep our prices low, we can only ship Canadian Nightcrawlers in 2.5 pound flats.

Red Worms (Eisenia fetida) - These worms are considered the most useful in vermicomposting systems. The easiest to grow in high density culture. They will tolerate a wide range of environmental conditions and fluctuations. Extremely prolific!!!

European Nightcrawlers (Eisenia hortensis) - These worms are tough, tolerant worms that are great for fishing bait or vermicomposting. They do best when temperatures are between 55-70F. European Nightcrawlers can grow very large; smaller than Canadian Nightcrawerls but much larger than their cousin, the Red Worm. Their reproductive rate is a bit slower than other composting worms but I find these worms easier to handle than either Africans or Red worms.
